Viva Star

Viva Star Coffee Has Expanded but People Forget Why - This Vertically Integrated Company May Not Appeal to Everyone, but it Does to Some. Lê Thị Ngọc Thủy started in 2005 with a mission to support local coffee farmers while promoting high-quality Vietnamese coffee but not with a cafe, with a supply and distribution model. Thủy was heavily focused on her supply and distribution craft from 2009-2013. Her company, Nhất Minh Quang, spent close to a decade sourcing beans and building distribution and import relationships for coffee and F&B equipment across Vietnam. So that by the time they launched Viva Star Coffee Shops, they had the full fit out the cafe needed to operate with. And as business travelled so did their distribution. In 2018 they launched overseas in Cambodia. Then later in Indonesia, India, and now Malaysia coming in October 2026. With the world's current ‘cafe economy’ the reach Viva Star has gained isn’t in cafe culture alone. But yet, it’s in the whole supply chain.
